Joy and her husband, Robin, are long-time Fairbanks residents and are both retired teachers. As Guest Services Chair, Joy arranges the logistics and details for guest arrival times, guest housing and courtesy cars. Joy has also served as the local coordinator for cabaret classes and “ACS Winter Edition” classes. (Since 2000)

The history of an organization is interesting and important. In 2000, long-time Festival supporters, David and Linda Witt, volunteered to continue the work which Kathy Seim provided for our first 20 years! Scrapbooks are compiled for each Festival year, preparing them for archives at the UAF Rasmuson Library.
