Put the FLEX in flexibility to stimulate body awareness through mindful movement. A variety of stretching techniques will be organized in a progressive fashion to find skeletal alignment, joint range and muscle tissue length for optimal length in the body. Gain length through strength and activate your stretch to balance over and under active muscles that limit your flexibility. Bend so you don’t break! Highly recommended for all athletes Ages 12 to Adult.
