Pilates is a low-impact exercise that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving flexibility, posture and balance. Pilates is usually done on apparatus or a mat placed on the floor. Chair Pilates is a great way for anyone to get the health benefits of Pilates exercises while using the support of a chair. If you do not want to get down or up from a floor mat – this is the class for you! Some standing barre exercises will be included for added strength, flexibility and balance.
