This fun and challenging class is appropriate for beginner to intermediate levels. The exercises are safe and adaptable for people of varying levels of fitness. If you have low bone density, safe mat variations will be offered. Expect to gain core strength and flexibility while improving coordination, balance and posture with crossover benefits to your daily sports and activities. *Pilates mats and props will be provided but bringing your own yoga mat or large towel to cover the mats is encouraged.
